HMRS (Home Mimic Removal Service)

You are a member of the HMRS (Home Mimic Removal Service), tasked with entering Mimic-infested buildings and identifying the overactive items so that they can be safely removed by the experts.

Just... don't touch anything. You never know which innocuous item might be feeling a bit hungry today. Oh, and best be in and out quickly. The Mimics tend to get a bit aggressive the longer you're in there...

EARLY PROTOTYPE BUILD - IN DEVELOPMENT

Controls:

E to interact / Mark an object

R to check elapsed time

Look at an object, and if you think it's the mimic then press E to mark it. Make sure to keep track of the time that's passed, because the Mimic's aggression range will increase over time. And pay attention to your environment too- the Mimic will get restless in your presence, and it might shift around while you're not looking.

Once you think you've found the Mimic, head to the front door and leave the building so our experts can verify and remove the Mimic.
